Steps to Backup Office 365 Data:
- Launch the Office 365 Backup & Restore Tool and select the Backup option.
- Enter valid Office 365 email credentials. (Enable Assign Impersonation to back up multiple mailboxes simultaneously).
- The software will retrieve all user IDs and mailbox folders associated with the account.
- Select the desired user ID and mailbox folder to back up, then click Next.
- Preview the folders within the chosen mailbox, select the required ones, and click Next.
- Choose PST as the file format from the drop-down menu and click Next.
- Specify the destination folder for saving the backup, apply any necessary filters, and click Convert to start the process.
