I just tried the Migrate Cloud Data IMAP Mail Backup Tool. It has a user-friendly interface, supports different formats like PST, PDF, MBOX, EML, and MSG, and lets you migrate directly from different formats (Gmail, Office 365, Thunderbird, etc.). It allows you to preview the data, and it supports bulk conversion of the IMAP emails at once. Extract the Duplicate Emails from the backup process.
